Post-Naval Career

In 2001, after a distinguished career in the Royal Navy, The Duke of York left active service to support The Queen as a full time working member of the Royal Family.

Today, The Duke’s focus is on assisting the economic success of, and the creation of skilled jobs in, the United Kingdom. HRH concentrates his efforts on three core areas where he believes he can have the greatest impact:

  • Entrepreneurs and SMEs

The Duke also supports many charitable and not-for-profit organisations and maintains close links with the Military.
