SANDRINGHAM, NORFOLK: By command of The Queen, Miss Sarah Gillett (Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Asim at 22 Nottingham Place, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as High Commissioner for the Republic of Maldives in London.

CLARENCE HOUSE: The Prince of Wales, Patron, this morning opened the new building at Cotswold Care Hospice, Burleigh Lane, Minchinhampton, Stroud, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Mr. Henry Elwes).

His Royal Highness, Patron, this afternoon visited Abbeyfield House, Market Cross, Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, this morning visited an Emmaus UK shop, Market Street, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon received children from the Welsh children’s cancer charity, Llandough Aims to Treat children with Cancer and leukaemia with Hope, at Sandringham House.
