The Princess Royal
© Press Association Among many other roles, The Princess Royal is President of Save the Children, and a member of the International Olympic Committee. The Princess Royal is the second child and only daughter of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh. Born Princess Anne in 1950, she received the title Princess Royal from The Queen in June 1987. Since 1969 The Princess Royal has pursued a busy schedule of public duties. In addition to carrying out engagements in support of The Queen, she works on behalf of a broad range of organisations. |
