The Duke of York has become Patron of charity Malaria No More UK (MNMUK), an organisation determined to end history’s deadliest killer disease,
HRH has been a long-standing supporter of the organisation and the global fight against malaria. He joins other high-profile supporters including David Beckham and Andy Murray, who are currently on the charity’s Leadership Council.
The announcement of HRH’s patronage comes ahead of the Malaria Summit London 2018 – co-hosted by the Governments of Swaziland, Rwanda and the UK, and convened by the RBM Partnership to End Malaria and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – taking place during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
