Today, Wednesday 30th May, The Duke of York attended the second day of [email protected] China 2.0 Boot Camp. Here HRH listened to three minute Pitches from all 42 Entrepreneurs, spanning subjects including Artificial Intelligence, Driverless Cars, Big Data, eHealth, 5G Connectivity and more.
12 Entrepreneurs were selected from the 42 Pitches to deliver 3 minute Pitches with the remainder delivering 30 second Pitches on 1st June, 2018 at the Daioyutai State Guest House.
His Royal Highness said “I hope that we can make a base here in the high-tech corner of Beijing, and with [email protected], add value to your businesses. I am determined that everyone here is a winner; it is our job to give you opportunities by introducing you to the people that can make a big difference to your business, not only in China but externally too.”

After spending the day at Boot Camp hearing the Pitches and meeting the Entrepreneurs, The Duke attended a dinner hosted by the [email protected] Club. The Dinner was attended by Alumni from [email protected] China 1.0 and the [email protected] Network, [email protected] China Club Members, Elevators and other supporters. The event celebrated the success of last year’s [email protected] China and the lasting legacy it has left for all of those involved. The Duke was also presented with a gift from this year’s Entrepreneurs of a frame containing each of their company names written on 42 individual wooden stars.
