The Duke of York Visits Gold Coast

The Duke of York visited the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and saw the excellent work they undertake to support injured animals and endangered species. The Duke then visited the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct where he was able to see the excellent resources being developed in the Gold Coast as a result of the Games Initiative. At the Institute of Glycomics, HRH met researchers involved in developing a new vaccine for malaria.

Later that evening The Duke attended a reception for the Queensland Community and State Dinner at Government House.
